- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel the bananas and slice them into thin, 1/8-inch thick rounds. A mandoline slicer is recommended for uniform slices.
- In a medium bowl, gently toss the banana slices with the melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and sea salt until lightly coated.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding any overlap. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 10-14 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy. Keep a close watch as they can burn quickly.
- Carefully remove the banana chips and place them on a wire rack to cool completely. They will become crispier as they cool.

Choosing Bananas: Use bananas that are firm and yellow. Overripe, soft bananas will not crisp up as well.
