- Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Pour the puffcorn into a very large mixing bowl.
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond bark in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth.
- Pour the melted almond bark over the puffcorn. Use a spatula to gently fold until the puffcorn is evenly coated.
- Quickly spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets. Immediately top with sprinkles.
- Let it cool at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes, or until the almond bark is completely firm. Break into pieces and serve.
