- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning generously over the top of each fillet, pressing gently to help it adhere.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve the Baked Cajun Salmon hot, with an optional squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
