- Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to easily lift the fudge out later.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and cubed butter.
- Heat the mixture in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each one, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove from microwave and stir in the mashed banana, banana extract, and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into small squares and serve.

For clean cuts, run a sharp knife under hot water and wipe it dry before each slice.
