Method

  2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a large resealable plastic bag. Pour about two-thirds of the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's fully coated. Reserve the remaining third. Marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 4 hours in the fridge.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the marinated chicken in a single layer in a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 165°F (74°C).
  4. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain. Serve warm, drizzled with the reserved, unused marinade.
