- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Stir well.
- Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Brush the top with the garlic butter mixture. On one half of the tortilla, layer 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese and a quarter of the cooked chicken.
- Fold the tortilla in half over the filling. Place it in the skillet over medium heat. Toast for 2-3 minutes per side, until the tortilla is crispy and golden brown, and the cheese is completely melted.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
