- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the chopped cilantro, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, honey, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Spoon the marinade evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with additional cilantro and serve immediately with lime wedges.
