Ingredients

Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands!)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
Optional Cream Cheese Glaze
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 2 Mixing Bowls

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Separate the biscuits and cut each one into 4 equal pieces.
  2. Roll each piece of dough into a small ball and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they have a little space between them.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the biscuit bites are puffed and golden brown.
  4. While the bites are baking, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a medium bowl. Melt the butter in a separate small bowl.
  5. Let the baked biscuit bites cool for one minute. Working in batches, toss the warm bites in the melted butter to coat, then immediately toss them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until well covered.
  6. Serve immediately while warm, on their own or with the optional cream cheese glaze for dipping.

Notes

Storage: Store leftover biscuit bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
Reheating: For best results, warm in a 350°F oven for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
Variations: Try stuffing the bites with a small piece of cream cheese before baking for a delicious surprise filling.
