Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese full-fat, softened to room temperature
  • 7 oz marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 drop pink gel food coloring optional
  • 1 drop blue gel food coloring optional
  • 1 drop yellow gel food coloring optional
  • 1/4 cup Easter sprinkles for topping

Equipment

  • 1 Electric hand mixer A stand mixer also works well.
  • 4 Mixing Bowls One large and three small for coloring.

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until completely smooth. Add the marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat again until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Add the heavy cream and whip on high speed for 1-2 minutes until the dip is light and fluffy.
  3. Evenly divide the dip among three small bowls. Add one drop of pink food coloring to one bowl, blue to the second, and yellow to the third. Stir each bowl gently until the color is just mixed in. Add spoonfuls of the colored dips back into the original large bowl.
  4. Use a spatula to gently swirl the colors together once or twice. Do not overmix. Transfer to a serving bowl, top with Easter sprinkles, and serve with your favorite dippers.

Notes

Tip 1: For the smoothest dip, make sure your cream cheese is fully at room temperature before you begin.
Tip 2: Feel free to gently fold in crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs or other festive candies for extra texture and flavor.
Tip 3: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
