Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups full-fat plain Greek yogurt Full-fat is crucial for a creamy texture.
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter Use a well-stirred natural peanut butter or your favorite brand.
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup Adjust to your preferred sweetness. Honey can also be used.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Optional, for melting and drizzling.

  • 1 Piping bag or zip-top bag

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner cut off. Pipe 1-1.5 inch round dollops onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, or until the bites are completely solid.
  5. (Optional) Once frozen, melt the dark chocolate chips. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the frozen yogurt bites.
  6. Return the bites to the freezer for another 15-20 minutes for the chocolate to set. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

For the best creamy texture, avoid using low-fat or non-fat Greek yogurt.
Store the bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
Let them sit at room temperature for a minute or two before enjoying for the best taste and texture.
