- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the peeled and deveined shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Pour the garlic parmesan mixture over the shrimp and toss gently to ensure they are all evenly coated.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and cooked through. Be careful not to overcook.
- Garnish with additional fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

For best results, use large, raw shrimp. If using frozen, thaw them completely and pat dry before use.
