- Roll the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F or 74°C).
- Serve warm with your favorite sides and a dollop of tzatziki sauce, if desired.
