- Pat the chicken dry and cut into 1-inch cubes. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coated chicken in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Cook for 3-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add the butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in the honey and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat each piece in the honey butter sauce. Serve immediately.
