- Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to easily lift the fudge out later.
- In a medium saucepan over low-medium heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir constantly until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove the pan from the heat. Immediately stir in the hot chocolate mix and vanilla extract until fully incorporated and the mixture is glossy.
- Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the top and gently press them in.
- Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm, before lifting out of the pan and slicing into squares.

Tip 1: For best results, use good quality chocolate chips as they are the star flavor.
