- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, 2 cloves of minced garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix with your hands until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Roll the mixture into approximately 1.5-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
- While the meatballs bake, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the remaining 4 cloves of minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the baked meatballs to the skillet and gently toss to coat them in the garlic butter sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For the best flavor, use fresh garlic instead of garlic powder.
You can substitute ground turkey or pork for the ground beef.
