- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the chicken and toss again until each thigh is evenly coated.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a baking dish. Ensure there is space between each thigh.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) at the thickest part.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. This helps lock in the juices.
