  • 2 lbs chicken drumsticks about 6-8 drumsticks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken drumsticks completely dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the drumsticks in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken and toss again until evenly coated.
