- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs and milk. Let it stand for 5 minutes until the milk is absorbed.
- Add the beaten egg, grated Parmesan, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper to the breadcrumb mixture. Stir to combine.
- Add the ground beef and ground pork. Use your hands to gently mix until just combined. Do not overwork the mixture.
- Roll the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs (about 2 tablespoons each) and place them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, until browned and cooked through. An instant-read thermometer should register 165°F (74°C).
