- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, parsley, oregano, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the chicken legs dry and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the chicken, tossing gently to coat all pieces.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or on HIGH for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F or 74°C).
- Preheat your oven's broiler. Carefully transfer the chicken legs to a foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with extra sauce from the slow cooker. Broil for 3-5 minutes, watching closely, until the skin is golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately, spooning extra sauce over the top.
