Ingredients
  

  • 24 Square Pretzels Also known as pretzel snaps
  • 12 Regular Marshmallows Cut in half
  • 1/4 cup Milk Chocolate Chips Or any chocolate of your choice

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Parchment Paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven's broiler to low. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the pretzels in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  2. Place one marshmallow half, cut-side down, onto each pretzel.
  3. Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven and broil for 60-90 seconds. Watch them very carefully until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
  4. Immediately remove the baking sheet from the oven. While the marshmallows are still hot, gently press 2-3 chocolate chips onto the top of each one.
  5. Allow the S'mores Pretzel Bites to cool for a few minutes for the chocolate to set slightly. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
Broiler Warning: Do not walk away from the oven while broiling. The marshmallows can burn in seconds.
