- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Unwrap the fun-size Snickers bars and slice each one horizontally into 3-4 thin, flat pieces.
- Arrange 24 pretzels on the baking sheet. Place a slice of Snickers on each pretzel, then top with a second pretzel to form a sandwich.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
- Using a fork, dip each pretzel sandwich into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Tap the fork on the side of the bowl to let excess chocolate drip off.
- Place the chocolate-covered bites back onto the parchment paper. Add optional sea salt or sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
