Ingredients

  • 48 pretzel snaps or mini twists Ensure they are whole and not broken.
  • 8 fun-size Snickers bars Chilled slightly for easier slicing.
  • 12 oz chocolate melting wafers or chocolate chips Milk, semi-sweet, or dark chocolate.
  • 1 tsp coconut oil Optional, helps smooth chocolate chips.
  • Flaky sea salt or sprinkles Optional, for topping.

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • 1 Microwave-safe bowl

Method

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Unwrap the fun-size Snickers bars and slice each one horizontally into 3-4 thin, flat pieces.
  2. Arrange 24 pretzels on the baking sheet. Place a slice of Snickers on each pretzel, then top with a second pretzel to form a sandwich.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Using a fork, dip each pretzel sandwich into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Tap the fork on the side of the bowl to let excess chocolate drip off.
  5. Place the chocolate-covered bites back onto the parchment paper. Add optional sea salt or sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.

Notes

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week for best results.
Variations: Try using other candy bars like Milky Way or Twix for a fun twist.
