- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, warm the milk and heavy cream until steam begins to rise from the surface. Do not bring to a boil.
- Turn the heat down to low and add the chopped white chocolate. Whisk continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is silky smooth.
- Whisk in the freeze-dried strawberry powder and vanilla extract until no lumps remain. Continue to warm for another 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the hot chocolate into two mugs. Top with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and a sprinkle of strawberry powder, if desired. Serve immediately.

For the smoothest texture, sift your freeze-dried strawberry powder before adding it to the saucepan.
