Dip Preparation and Baking
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, Frank's RedHot sauce, and garlic powder until completely smooth.
- Fold the finely shredded chicken into the cream cheese mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture into a 1.5-quart baking dish. Top with the combined shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until the edges are bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Turn the oven broiler to high. Broil for 2-3 minutes, watching closely, until golden-brown blisters form on the cheese. Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh chives and crumbled blue cheese before serving.
