  • 1 cup (112g) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Low-moisture, whole milk.
  • 1 cup (112g) Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup (30g) Crumbled Blue Cheese For garnish.
  • 2 tbsp (8g) Fresh Green Chives Finely chopped, for garnish.
  • 1 tsp (3g) Garlic Powder

Dip Preparation and Baking
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, Frank's RedHot sauce, and garlic powder until completely smooth.
  2. Fold the finely shredded chicken into the cream cheese mixture until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture into a 1.5-quart baking dish. Top with the combined shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until the edges are bubbly and cheese is melted.
  4. Turn the oven broiler to high. Broil for 2-3 minutes, watching closely, until golden-brown blisters form on the cheese. Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh chives and crumbled blue cheese before serving.
