Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups pretzel twists broken into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt optional, for sprinkling

  • 1 Microwave-safe bowl

Method
 

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Add the broken pretzel pieces to the melted chocolate mixture. Gently fold with a spatula until the pretzels are completely coated.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, if desired. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.

Notes

Store clusters in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Feel free to use milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate instead of semi-sweet.
